Customer Experience Specialist

Morgan White Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the MWG-Administrators TPA Division in Ridgeland, MS. The position is an on-site, hourly, non-exempt role at our MWG Call Center location.
You will be the first contact for customers, handling calls, documenting needs, and guiding inquiries through established procedures while maintaining high-quality service and confidentiality.
