Free People Salem is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the selling, service, and operations in a fitness-inspired FP Movement environment. You will support the Store Manager, coach the team, and drive a high-energy customer experience.
This role emphasizes brand standards, merchandising, scheduling, and omni-channel fulfillment, including MPOS and FP App. You will recruit, onboard, and develop staff while ensuring daily store performance and a welcoming, health-forward atmosphere.
