This is a rare opportunity to join a breakout food brand at a pivotal stage of growth. Led by CEO Peter Rahal, Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR, David is working to become the leading consumer food brand focused on high-protein foods in North America and beyond.

Role:
This role will own the strategy and execution of partnerships and brand marketing initiatives. You’ll help define who we align with, how we show up publicly, and how we build demand through collaborations, community, and brand.

This person is equal parts strategic and hands‑on: building repeatable systems while creating moments that drive reach, conversation, and demand.

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with the broader marketing team to create, test, and scale high‑performing content, including UGC and creator‑led assets, that drives both brand awareness and revenue

Help shape brand storytelling, messaging, and positioning across campaigns and consumer touchpoints

Maintain a high bar for creative excellence and provide feedback on partner, creator, and campaign content

Brand Campaigns & Strategy

Support the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal moments, and cultural opportunities

Partner with creative, growth, supply chain, and leadership teams to bring brand initiatives to market from concept through execution

Ensure brand consistency across channels, partnerships, campaigns, and community interactions

Translate consumer insights, internet culture, and social trends into timely marketing opportunities and content ideas

Organic Social, Community & Social Listening

Own David’s social response strategy across comments, DMs, and public conversations

Identify opportunities to deepen community engagement, brand affinity, and customer loyalty through proactive interaction and conversation

Program Management, Operations & Measurement

Build systems to track partner performance, payouts, usage rights, contracts, and deliverables

Create internal processes for briefing, approvals, timelines, reporting, and asset delivery

Define, track, and optimize awareness and campaign KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement, share of voice, traffic, creator performance, and new customer growth

Analyze campaign and partnership performance to generate actionable insights and recommendations

Manage partnership and creator budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI

Share learnings, document best practices, and run post‑mortems to improve program performance over time

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in brand marketing or a high‑intensity environment (e.g., hypergrowth startup, consulting, investment banking).

Strong taste and judgment - you know what’s relevant

Proven experience building partnerships and/or affiliate programs that drive measurable growth

Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and what makes collaborations actually work

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills (you can close, manage, and retain partners)

Ability to move fast and operate with high ownership in a lean environment
