Relationship Referral Manager

As a Relationship Referral Manager, you\'ll thrive in an independent, field-based role as the face of Hale Law in the community. You will work autonomously across six Gulf Coast territories: Tampa, Brandon, Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and Venice, showcasing your excellent communication and relationship-building skills with attorneys, medical providers, and community partners both in person and on the phone. Self-motivation and follow-through are key.
Your role involves making regular in-person visits to referral partners, hosting events including CLE classes, running our Star Referral Program, and keeping precise records of your outreach and relationships. Experience in the healthcare or legal industry is strongly preferred. Because you\'ll spend most of your day on the road building a trusted presence throughout the region, a valid Florida driver\'s license and a reliable personal vehicle are required; mileage reimbursement is provided.
