Strategic Field Marketing Manager - Multifamily Growth

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to support our Austin, TX multifamily portfolio. You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, print, events, and partnerships to drive occupancy and brand visibility.
As the primary marketing strategist for assigned properties, you will collaborate with property teams, manage campaigns, track performance, and report insights to maximize ROI. Occasional in-market travel up to 50% is required.
