The ideal candidate has professional experience in benefits administration, outsourcing administration, or financial services, with knowledge of Workplace Investing products and how they are supported. They are a self-starter who works independently, stays organized without close supervision, and proactively identifies and resolves issues. Strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, comfort using content management systems, and the ability to collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and obtain approvals are key to success in this role.
