Director of Creative Project Leadership

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Director of Creative Project Management to lead the Creative Services PM team in Las Vegas. You will translate marketing strategies into well-scoped, prioritized briefs and guide senior PMs to ensure on-strategy delivery and timely execution across multiple workstreams.
You will mentor managers, drive standardized governance, and align creative initiatives with brand standards and business goals, while optimizing throughput and stakeholder confidence.
