Global Corporate Development Director | Hybrid NYC

Wolters Kluwer N.V. seeks a Director of Global Corporate Development in New York, hybrid work arrangement. You will lead end-to-end M&A processes, shape investment theses, and present to senior leadership, with exposure to large-scale transactions across the Americas and selected EMEA deals.
