Marketing Manager

Vaco by Highspring in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead affordable housing marketing initiatives, drive occupancy, and strengthen brand visibility across portfolios. The role is primarily on-site with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
You will own digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and lead-generation programs, manage vendors and budgets, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and collaborate with operations and executive leadership to hit leasing goals.
