Regional Growth Director Medicare Sales Leader

ArchWell Health is seeking a Regional Growth Director to lead multiple Market Growth Teams and expand patient membership across markets. You will report to the Vice President of Growth & Marketing and shape strategies to hit membership targets while ensuring compliance and budget adherence.
Preferred candidates have Medicare Advantage sales experience, strong leadership, and a passion for mentorship across functional areas. Travel across markets is expected as part of this role.
