What You Will Own Manage the day‑to‑day posting schedule across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Check all Rate social channels daily and engage with comments, DMs, and community conversation in real time.
Identify and participate in relevant cultural moments, trending audios, and conversations that align with the Rate voice.
Engage outside of Rate’s channels by commenting on creator and brand posts that make sense for Rate to join.
Help define, evolve, and protect the Rate voice across platforms to ensure consistency and authenticity.
Partner with the Senior Manager to draft and schedule content through our publishing tools.
Surface trends, audience insights, and community feedback to help evolve our social playbooks.
Coordinate with the creative team on upcoming shoots, content drops, and platform‑specific needs.
Track post performance and share insights to help the team understand what is working and why.
Support live coverage for key events like NASCAR, Rate Field, and Rate Bowl.
Help maintain content calendars and organize asset libraries so our team stays nimble and ahead.
Serve as a brand ambassador in every comment, reply, and DM—human, helpful, and full of personality.
What You Bring 2–4 years of experience in social media or community management for a consumer‑facing brand, agency, or creator.
Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the rhythm of social media in 2025.
Strong writing and communication skills with a feel for tone and timing.
Curiosity about culture and a natural instinct for what people actually care about online.
Comfort juggling multiple posts, platforms, and priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner with creative, strategy, and brand teams to bring ideas to life.
Bonus: Experience with social management tools like Sprinklr or Sprout.
