Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a technical team in the development and delivery of projects using spring boot, React.js, and Java. The role involves overseeing the technical architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of solutions to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and implementing high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using spring boot, React.js, and Java.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Drive best practices in coding, design, and development methodologies within the team.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of applications.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements

Proficiency in spring boot framework for developing and deploying enterprise level applications.
Strong experience in developing frontend applications using React.js, including state management and component architecture.
Expertise in Java programming language for backend development and integration with databases.
Solid understanding of restful services, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
Ability to lead a technical team, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
