WalkMe Solution Designer

Our client is currently seeking a WalkMe Solution Designer

Locations: Charlotte/Raleigh, NC; Irving, TX; Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; St Louis, MO
Partner with product owners and UX specialists to define and execute the WalkMe strategy, leading the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of WalkMe solutions for internal applications. Establish and track KPIs, along with operational metrics and reporting frameworks, to measure the effectiveness of WalkMe deployments.
Collaborate across multiple product areas within the Commercial Bank, building strong relationships with Lines of Business and product teams to support shared objectives.
Design, develop, test, debug, and document WalkMe solutions, ensuring alignment with project and program requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing technical programs, services, and initiatives within complex domain environments.
Conduct in-depth assessments using data analysis and fact-finding approaches to identify innovative solutions for complex challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
Work closely with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical issues and achieve business goals.
Make informed decisions in complex and dynamic situations, leveraging a strong understanding of business functions and products, while facilitating issue resolution and supporting solution implementation.
Provide leadership in managing stakeholder relationships and driving the successful implementation of programs, services, and initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
