Lead eCommerce Java/React/NodeJS Engineer

Job Title

Lead talented engineers, shape our e-commerce tech roadmap, and build scalable, high-performing web experiences used by millions of guests worldwide.
In this role candidates must be strong in both frontend and backend to allow fluid movement between teams/projects as needs shift. They need to be able to do a Java project and be fine as well as do a React.js only project and be fine.
Core Stack

Frontend: React.js (strong creation & modification of components, state management, design patterns)
Backend: Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and Node.js (both required, not either/or)
Experience in E-Commerce platforms and strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales performance
Background in eCommerce platforms, APIs, microservice
Experience with cloud/serverless and event-driven architecture
Comfort mentoring teams and setting technical direction
