Our goal is clear: 15 agent hires per quarter (60 per year) — and not just hires, but agents who succeed, stay, and grow into top producers within our organization.

What success looks like:
15 new agent hires per quarter
Consistent inbound and outbound recruiting activity
Strong recruiting funnel metrics
Retention of recruited agents
20% of new hires progressing into top tier production
