Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive user experiences for complex workflows.
Simplify integrated systems into efficient and scalable designs.
Drive outcomes through data-informed design decisions and iteration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and align solutions.
Ensure accessibility and compliance with design standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields.
Proven experience with end-to-end design across complex systems.
Strong systems thinking and problem simplification skills.
Experience in Agile or similar delivery models and cross-functional environments.
