Lead integrated go-to-market strategies for our banking and financial services portfolio.

As a Director of Go-To-Market Marketing at EPAM Systems, you translate business priorities into differentiated market positioning, campaigns, partner activations, sales enablement and industry growth programs that drive awareness, pipeline and revenue impact.

You combine deep industry fluency in banking, capital markets, payments, insurance, wealth and asset management or FinTech with modern B2B marketing expertise. In this role, you serve as a strategic connector across industry leadership, solutions teams, alliances, sales and corporate marketing functions to accelerate growth, strengthen market perception and drive relevance with financial services buyers navigating digital, data and AI-driven transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global go-to-market marketing strategy for the banking and financial services portfolio to align with growth objectives and pipeline targets

Create differentiated messaging, positioning and thought leadership by translating complex capabilities into client-centric value propositions

Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns and industry-specific content journeys targeting strategic accounts to drive measurable pipeline contribution

Serve as the central marketing orchestrator and liaison to sales leadership, creating enablement materials and driving alignment across global teams

Develop joint marketing initiatives with strategic ecosystem partners, including hyperscalers, data/AI providers and technology platforms

Support flagship industry activations, executive events, webinars and roundtables while positioning subject matter experts effectively

Collaborate with demand generation, digital marketing and field marketing to execute programs seamlessly across a matrixed organization

Requirements

Eight to 12 years of B2B marketing experience within IT services, consulting or engineering services

Background supporting go-to-market initiatives within the banking and financial services industry

Record of building integrated marketing campaigns tied to business outcomes and pipeline growth

Experience collaborating directly with sales, partners and executive stakeholders

Clear communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex, global organizations
