Overview:We're looking for a driven and strategic Account Executive to help grow our premium specialty strategy through best in class customer support.Key Responsibilities:Drive our premium specialty position while increasing revenue and growing account basePresent curated seasonal assortments supporting our product strategy to new and existing accountsSupport existing accounts in season with weekly calls to review sales, fuel reorders, receive product feedback and align on sales driversVisit accounts in-season to update visual and product merchandising, provide product knowledge and support to sales staff, and ensure our brand is being showcased in a premium wayReview ongoing dashboard of strategic focus areas for accounts and make adjustments as needed to drive business objectives and hit quarterly revenue targets Prospect premium, multi-door, national accounts and execute process for onboarding new accountsAttend all trade shows to support the specialty businessManage accounts day to day needs – order entry, NuOrder management, custom orders, marketing requestsSupport department store team with visits to local department store locations within the region on special requestAnalyze sales; identify opportunities and risk on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basisRecommend re-orders, chase opportunities and potential swaps to drive profitable salesReport to team leaders best sellers, by door selling, and store feedbackManage sales targets with a focus on profitabilityPartner with cross functional teams on assortment strategies, branding opportunities and inventory/ revenue plansVisit stores on a regular basis to enhance visual presentation and build relationships with store associatesManage communication between customers and internal partners in Sales, Design, Merchandising, Production, PR and MarketingManage sample sets before each selling season and in season account requestsWhat you bring:Apparel sales experience with wholesale accountsPassion for traveling and spending time in stores supporting our brand visionAbility to communicate effectively and relay our brand message/initiatives to customersDriven, strategic thinker, understands premium account positioningWillingness to support general business needs of the divisionBachelor’s degree requiredKnowledge in retail industry; 4-6 years’ experience in wholesale (specialty) is a plusExceptional analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent written and oral presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively to buyers and internal cross functional partnersStrong time management, prioritization, and organizational skillsAbility to react quickly with a strong sense of urgencyPassion for the vineyard vines brandCreative thinker, ability to identify opportunities with a new lensProficiency in Retail Math, Excel, NuOrder, Blue Cherry order managementEvery Day Will Feel This Good Because:We have a fun-spirited entrepreneurial culture filled with truly “good” peopleWe offer a generous employee discount so you can rep our lifestyle on-and-off the boatWe offer a competitive salary package, 401-K, commuter benefits, and paid-family leave, health savings , flex spending accounts, life & disability insuranceWe have an onsite gym as well as health & financial wellness programs to keep you activeWe offer 2 summer Fridays to take off in addition to a competitive vacation policy & holiday calendarJob SummaryRequisition Number: ACCOU004321Job Category: Associate (Salary)Schedule: Full-Time
