Supporting the commercialization and success of Consumer Directed Healthcare products, the full-time remote Product Growth & Enablement Manager will manage enablement materials, product launches, and training while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Execute commercialization plans for assigned products and develop sales presentations and product guides
Support product launches and deliver training through webinars and workshops
Gather customer feedback and coordinate activities across various departments to improve enablement processes
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or related roles
Previous experience in Consumer Directed Healthcare is strongly preferred
Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
