Job Title

This is a remote position. Responsibilities include creating and designing various materials for digital and print. This involves selecting colors, fonts, images, and layouts. Ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product. Advising best practices and optimizations throughout design projects. Collaborating with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company. Working with a wide range of media and graphic design software. Establishing creative direction for the company within brand guidelines. Managing multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. Determining voice and messaging for graphic design pieces. Implementing feedback and changes whenever possible. Creating visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
Requirements

Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum of two years experience in graphic design. Attention to detail. Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects. Strong analytical skills. Time management and organizational skills. Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
