Founding Product Marketing Leader — AI-Native GTM Architect

Recruitics is seeking a Founding Product Marketing leader to define market narrative, category positioning, and the AI-native go-to-market for its platform. This is not a traditional PMM role but a foundational strategic hire to shape how Recruitics communicates its vision and scales its GTM.
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will build the product marketing function, align Product, Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success, and lead cross-functional launches in a rapidly evolving company.
