We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives.

In this job you will:

Monitor marketing campaign performance and advertising data across marketing channels

Prepare and distribute pre-approved marketing communications

Maintain marketing trackers, reports, and project documentation

Load, format, test, and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot

Maintain email distribution lists and campaign assets within marketing platforms

Set up and manage the technical implementation of digital advertising campaigns across social media and advertising platforms

Ensure campaigns are launched accurately according to established marketing plans and timelines

Support the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, and marketing events

Coordinate registration materials, attendee communications, and event-related administrative tasks

Maintain detailed project documentation and event records

Track key metrics and provide data to leadership to support decision-making

Manage marketing inventory, including promotional items and branded materials

Coordinate ordering, storage, and inventory tracking of swag and marketing supplies

Arrange shipping and distribution of marketing materials, gifts, and event-related items

Provide organizational and administrative support across marketing initiatives

Maintain project trackers, calendars, and documentation

Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and proactively recommend solutions

Ensure projects are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications
Internship, coursework, or previous relevant experience. Experience coordinating projects or administrative operations. Experience with Hubspot, marketing platforms, or CRM systems. Familiarity with social media advertising platforms. Strong Microsoft and Google Workspace skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Work Location: In person Role Description The Marketing Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Tucson, AZ. This role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination between marketing, sales, and other internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing marketing workflows, maintaining marketing tools and data, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports to inform decision-making. The coordinator collaborates on content and collateral needs, assists with project timelines, and helps ensure brand consistency across channels. This role also supports process improvement, contributing to more efficient and effective marketing operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Marketing Operations skills, including managing campaigns, workflows, and marketing tools.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting information clearly.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Sales processes to align marketing activities with revenue goals.

Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
