NORAM Technical Account Leadership: Scale & AI-Driven TAM

Checkout.com is seeking a Head of NORAM Technical Account Management to lead and rapidly scale our regional TAM team from Atlanta, NYC, or SF.
You will mentor TAMs, align with Commercial leadership, and translate company OKRs into actionable guidance while driving AI-enabled efficiency.
Travel domestically and internationally as needed; three days per week in the office, with a focus on merchant success and operational excellence.
