VOCAL-NY is seeking a Civil Rights Campaigns Director to lead policing, mass incarceration, and criminal legal reform efforts. You will guide leadership development among low-income people of color affected by incarceration and supervise the Civil Rights team.
You will manage strategy, policy advocacy, and grassroots organizing, reporting to the Managing Director of Organizing and Campaigns. This is a full-time NYC-based role with occasional evening/weekend commitments.
