Community Support Manager

Family Support Manager - Central Florida Osceola Description:
Better Together is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Family Support Manager to support families in crisis through the Better Families Program across Central Florida. In this role, you will assess family needs, match families with trained volunteer host and mentor families, develop individualized support plans, and provide ongoing coaching to help families achieve stability and successful reunification. This position is primarily community-based and requires building strong relationships with families, volunteers, churches, and community partners.
Qualifications:
Must reside in Osceola County. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred. Master's in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent experience working with vulnerable children and families is highly valued. Child Welfare Certification (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, organization, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Passion for strengthening families and keeping children safely out of foster care. Comfortable working independently in a remote and field-based environment. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, vehicle registration, and auto insurance required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and monthly on-call rotations. Ability to lift 20–30 pounds and perform physical activities during community visits. Experience or willingness to learn Salesforce, Basecamp, WordPress, and Zapier. Alignment with Better Together's Christian mission and core values.
