About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for gTech Ads Customer Solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the VP and leadership team, anticipating business needs, and driving alignment through the development of strong stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the executive communications strategy, managing the organization's rhythm of business, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimize processes and improve organizational performance. The role also involves supporting high-priority cross-functional initiatives and ensuring their successful execution.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 6 years in management consulting, strategy/business planning, or an office of the Chief Officer (CXO) role. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred, along with a track record of leading strategic initiatives and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent business acumen, long-term strategic thinking, and near-term execution skills, as well as exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities. Experience in a global multi-site environment and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams are also highly valued.
