Creative Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented Creative Design Specialist to join a collaborative marketing team and support the development of engaging visual content across print and digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career creative professional with strong design fundamentals who is looking to expand their skills and gain experience across a variety of projects. Working alongside experienced creative and marketing professionals, the Creative Design Specialist will help execute projects from initial concept through final production. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, organized, receptive to feedback, and comfortable balancing multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create and produce high-quality print and digital marketing materials for a variety of campaigns, projects, and business initiatives.
Develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, digital advertising, print advertising, promotional materials, and events.
Update, resize, and adapt existing creative materials for different formats, platforms, and audiences.
Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork for print and digital applications.
Follow established brand standards while maintaining consistency in typography, layout, imagery, color, and overall visual presentation.
Maintain organized design files, templates, imagery, and shared creative assets.
Collaborate with designers and marketing team members on campaigns, special projects, and ongoing creative needs.
Participate in brainstorming and concept-development sessions and contribute ideas to the creative process.
Incorporate creative direction, feedback, and revisions accurately and efficiently.
Assist with photo editing, image selection, and basic video editing as needed.
Create visual materials for presentations, advertising campaigns, events, promotional initiatives, and other internal or external communications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Stay current with design trends, digital creative techniques, and emerging tools that can enhance creative output.
Assist with additional creative and marketing projects as needed.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, including internships or comparable hands-on experience.
Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and experience producing polished creative work for print and/or digital applications.
Design & Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition, grid structure, color theory, and imagery.
Ability to work effectively within established brand guidelines.
Knowledge of print and digital production requirements, including bleeds, crop marks, image resolution, and color spaces.
Experience preparing final artwork and files for professional production.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint preferred.
Experience with basic video editing, motion graphics, or digital/web graphics is a plus.
