Position Description


The Social Media Content Creator will manage our brand persona and voice on our organic social channels.


Social Media Strategy and Execution



  • Contribute to social media strategy and direction, based on experience in the fast‑moving space.

  • Execute an always‑on social media content strategy aligned to brand voice, campaign priorities, and audience needs.

  • Review produced content with internal stakeholders prior to posting.

  • Develop and review content calendars (weekly/monthly/quarterly) showcasing social themes and detailed posting schedules.

  • Optimize posts for reach and engagement using best practices (copy, hashtags, timing, CTAs, format selection).

  • Research and identify insights, trends and opportunities to elevate social content.

  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience engagement to inform strategies.

  • Ensure all content and captions adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.


Digital Content Development



  • Build social‑first storytelling programs and content series showcasing device features and benefits.

  • Capture, edit and post on‑the‑ground content aligned with brand and guidelines.

  • Think fast and create quickly, jumping on cultural moments while they are still peaking.

  • Stay curious about internet trends, formats and behaviors, and determine which are worth chasing.

  • Attend live event activations as boots‑on‑the‑ground, capturing live content and real‑time posting.


Performance, Analytics & Optimization



  • Track and report on performance using platform analytics.

  • Deliver insights on what is working and recommend improvements (content type, cadence, audience targeting, creative formats).

  • Provide monthly reporting with KPIs, key learnings, and recommendations.


Requirements



  • 8-10 years of work experience with 5-7 years of organic social media experience supporting a large‑scale brand.

  • 3-5 years of hands‑on experience creating social content from concept through execution.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Strong working knowledge of all social platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Deep understanding of platform‑specific creative formats.

  • Experience using social management and creative tools, preferably Sprinklr and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Demonstrated ability to take ideas from concept to production with a hands‑on, execution‑focused approach.

  • Compelling online portfolio showcasing creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and strong execution across social platforms.

  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and travel for events to capture behind‑the‑scenes content and real‑time posting.

  • Strong understanding of social performance metrics and the ability to use insights to inform optimization.

  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

  • Self‑driven, adaptable, and collaborative, with strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills.

  • Experience reacting quickly to cultural moments and translating them into relevant social content.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, creative workflows, and feedback‑driven iteration.

  • Proactive communicator and problem solver with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Must submit a portfolio or social handles showcasing relevant social content work.
