About the role
We are looking for a Fashion Advisor with a passion for client service and expertise in fashion. The Fashion Advisor will consistently provide superior service to clients, increase conversion and retention, drive revenue, and inspire brand loyalty. The role reports to the boutique’s leadership and works with a diverse sales‑team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new customers, converting walk‑in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
- Optimize the client experience by providing a prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
- Demonstrate a can‑do attitude to consistently raise the level of service and exceed client expectations.
- Take in repairs and maintain consistent follow‑up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Passion for CHANEL, its history, products, and social initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team‑oriented, collaborative and service‑mindful attitude.
Position Logistics
- Full‑time, in‑store and in‑person presence required.
- Front of house fashion sales and client service delivery to drive business results.
Compensation
The anticipated hourly rate is $28.00–$31.00. Base salary is one component of total compensation, which may include additional components, benefits, and perks.
