Strategic Hotel Sales & Marketing Director

Hotel deLuxe is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to oversee the hotel’s Sales and Marketing operations, including budget management, forecasting, advertising, and business planning. You will lead recruitment, hire and coach the sales team to meet revenue goals and maximize hotel performance.
The role requires executive collaboration with the GM and senior management, plus strong use of PMS/CRS/CRM and revenue management tools to drive rate strategies and market share across all segments.
