Overview Netflix is seeking an exceptionally strong Executive Assistant with 6+ years of experience to support our Content, Marketing, and Consumer Products & Experiences FP&A team in Los Angeles. This role is critical for enabling leaders and broader teams to operate efficiently, with responsibilities including complex calendar management, meeting and agenda coordination, onsite/offsite planning, and building strong working relationships across the organization. This position is based in the Los Angeles office on a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office).
Responsibilities Proactively maintaining the calendar for VP & Director executives in Finance, including scheduling, rescheduling and confirming meetings well in advance.
Scheduling internal and external meetings as needed.
Managing a large volume of various internal meetings, such as all-teams and large cross-functional meetings, often across multiple time zones (scheduling, soliciting agenda items, time management, delegation of action items).
Coordinating and helping prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for team meetings and events, and coordinating follow-up items.
Coordinating detailed travel arrangements (domestic and international), maintaining passports and visas, global entry, and keeping executives aware of travel restrictions; scheduling/completing applicable paperwork prior to and during travel.
Detailed and proactive expense reporting.
Event planning (team events, off-sites, support with external meetings).
Management and coordination of venue/vendor sourcing & logistics, agenda coordination, and presentation logistics.
Proactively creating and maintaining presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Providing in-depth assistance with VP and team projects as needed.
Liaising with the corporate workplace team to be a point of contact for in-office space planning as needed.
Maintaining distribution lists, Google Groups, Slack channels, and other similar tools for the team; serving as the point of contact for general team communications.
This role is heavy with internal communication and collaboration across the organization.
Qualifications BA/BS Degree and/or experience commensurate with 6+ years as an executive assistant.
Team-player who operates in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing environment as well as a team-oriented setting.
Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information.
Ability to prioritize and respond accordingly, sometimes without direction from executives.
Ability to understand what’s best for the business and act accordingly; able to see the future, flag issues, and take action.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.
Compensation and Benefits Generally, the compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary with no bonuses. The range for this role is $125,000.00 - $220,000.00.
