Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor will plan, organize, and direct all aspects of Graining, Finishing and Packaging department production and personnel. The role ensures safe and efficient operations, effective utilization of equipment and materials to produce high quality products, and achievement of budgeted objectives.

What will you do?
Production Planning and Operations Manage the daily and weekly production activities, workflow, and personnel for the Graining, Finishing, and Packaging departments.
Safety and Compliance Monitor and enforce safe operating practices, plant policies, and required use of personal protective equipment.
Quality and Continuous Improvement Oversee departmental processes to ensure products meet specifications, quality standards, packaging requirements, and customer expectations.
Materials, Inventory, and Vendor Coordination Collaborate with Procurement to maintain appropriate levels of raw materials, consumables, stock goods, tooling, safety supplies, PPE, and general shop supplies.
People Leadership and Development Provide direct supervision for approximately 12–15 production employees.
Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED required. 3+ years of technical experience in a manufacturing environment. Supervisory or leadership experience.

Office Environment – This position operates in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. No PPE is required. Plant Environment – This position operates in a manufacturing setting and can be subject to extreme cold and hot temperatures; uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty or dirty conditions. Required PPE includes: Hard hat (when required), safety glasses, earplugs, steel toe/composite boots, and fall protection.
