Proposal Coordinator
We are looking for a professional, full-time Proposal Coordinator to join our team in our
New York City
office. The position offers the opportunity to engage in challenging work within an award-winning, collaborative practice in search of design excellence.
The Proposal Coordinator will work in close collaboration with firm leadership and project managers to help drive firmwide new business acquisition strategies and craft tailored responses to new project opportunities.
Responsibilities will include developing written and graphic material for qualifications packages, proposals, presentations and print publications to advance the work of Trahan Architects. The Proposal Coordinator will also manage a well-organized and accessible library of marketing materials, project photography, and contact databases.

Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience in the AEC industry. Candidates should have significant graphic design and writing ability. They should also be self-motivated, collaborative, meticulous, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously. Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (particularly Adobe InDesign) is required.
RFP/Q Responses & BD Coordination: Support proposal development by conducting pursuit research and analysis, assembling consultant teams, preparing visually compelling submission documents, and regularly tracking collaborator/client contacts and outreach with the BD team. Take ownership of the full process from intake to submission.
Marketing Asset Library: Manage photography, graphics, project data, resumes, and narrative assets for consistent deployment across Trahan’s channels and qualifications packages. Advise on best practices and execute on their implementation.
Ability to meet all task deadlines while achieving exceptional results in terms of quality.
Requirements:
Evidence of work within a marketing team, including coordination and collaboration producing at a minimum RFP and RFQ deliverables.
Bachelor of Arts degree (or equivalent) with architectural training or degree a plus

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package including SIMPLE IRA plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and work from home flexibility.
Annual salary range will be commensurate to experience. Expected salary range to be between $70,000 - $85,000
