Director OF Government Affairs

L’Oréal seeks a Director, Sustainable Policy Compliance Implementation in Clark, NJ (hybrid). You will lead the translation of evolving US regulatory requirements for packaging, ingredients, and chemicals, partnering with Public Affairs, Operations, R&I, Legal, and external partners to ensure product lifecycle compliance.
Reporting to the VP Circular Economy, you will drive implementation strategies, track regulatory shifts, and manage communications to brands and leadership.
