Director OF Sales Operations

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior Director, Sales Operations to partner with the CRO of the Americas and drive efficiency across the sales organization. You will lead a team delivering rhythm of the business, forecasting, annual planning, and sales cadence while aligning go-to-market strategies with business objectives.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in sales operations or analytics, excels at stakeholder management, and can scale processes to improve performance.
