The Role The Marketing Manager owns the creative and digital execution of the Halperin Park story from campaign strategy through delivery. This role is the park’s primary brand steward responsible for translating Halperin Park’s narrative and brand strategy into compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’ll work at the intersection of community, communications and programming, partnering closely with internal teams, external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across owned media (website, email, social) for park programming, fundraising and brand initiatives; anchoring the community perspective in creative decisions, channel strategies and experiential marketing programs.
Translate Halperin Park’s narrative strategy into compelling content that reflects the park’s mission, voice, and community identity.
Build and manage a content and promotion calendar aligned with park programming, seasonal priorities, and operational goals.
Manage the creative process from brief to delivery, partnering with internal teams and agencies to produce branded assets across all channels.
Lead CRM and email strategy, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
Partner with Programming, Operations, and Community teams to coordinate cross-functional campaigns and ensure consistent brand expression at every park touchpoint.
Monitor channel performance via Google Analytics and social listening tools; translate data into actionable recommendations.
Support event and experiential marketing activations from planning through execution.
Bridge brand strategy and technical execution by translating marketing objectives into clear digital requirements, ensuring cross-functional alignment and successful project delivery.
Work closely with external agencies to develop compelling digital content for social, web, email, and other owned media channels.
Partner with leadership and narrative strategy initiatives to ensure marketing campaigns consistently reflect Halperin Park’s long-term narrative, community-first vision, and strategic messaging.
Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure all marketing materials and experiences align with Halperin Park's brand standards and messaging.

What You Need to Bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
5+ years in marketing or brand communications with a track record of leading multi-channel campaigns across owned media.
Strong brand stewardship experience, including ownership of guidelines, messaging frameworks and creative standards.
Proficiency with social media business accounts (FB/IG, LinkedIn), Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Mailchimp or comparable email platform, and CMS.
Fluent with Google Analytics and social listening platforms; data-informed decision-making.
Experience leading events or experiential marketing programs from strategy through execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; AP Style knowledge preferred.
Commitment to centering the community in all marketing decisions.
