Job Description

Overview
NC Health Partners is looking to hire a MST Program Manager who has at least 2 years of MST supervisor experience and/or a minimum of 4 years of MST Therapist experience. The MST Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the MST program and ensure the integrity of the program model.
Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision for supervisors and therapists on the MST team, serve as a liaison between key stakeholders and executive leadership inside the provider agency, provide ongoing training to staff, and evaluate MST staff development.
Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Promoting the MST program in the community to generate referrals to the program
Manage referrals to the program
Manage clinician caseloads
Plan and problem solve with MST Expert to guide effective implementation of MST and ongoing program quality improvement activities, to achieve the best possible outcomes with families
Collaborate actively with MST Expert, MST Supervisors and provider agency leadership to foster team clinical growth and development
Manage and report data on clinical outcomes and program practices
Attend a minimum of 5 field visits per month
Qualifications

Master’s Degree in clinical counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area.
Professional licensure in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling field is highly preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area with at least 4 years of MST experience.
At least 2 years of MST Program Manager experience is highly preferred
