You will lead UX strategy, standards, and enablement across product teams, partnering with PMs, UI Designers, HCD teams, engineers, and government stakeholders to embed UX early in SDLC and improve usability and adoption.
The role drives usability validation, supports UAT, and mentors teams in UX methods, accessibility, and experience quality.
