Account Manager, CoCounsel Tax

Leading customer migration and adoption efforts for organizations transitioning from legacy platforms to CoCounsel Tax, the full-time remote Account Manager will manage end-to-end migrations, conduct readiness planning, and support sales and customer conversations.
Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer migrations from legacy platforms to CoCounsel Tax, collaborating with various internal teams
Conduct migration discovery and readiness planning, including workflow assessments and timeline planning
Create and maintain migration and adoption artifacts, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the migration lifecycle

Required qualifications

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Implementation, or Technical Account Management
Demonstrated experience supporting platform migrations or customer adoption programs
Strong ability to translate customer workflows into practical requirements and action plans
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively across various teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear materials for diverse audiences
