Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join their client’s team in California. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand presence.
Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Create and manage marketing budgets.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
Develop branding and positioning strategies.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
Coordinate content creation and promotional materials.
Track and measure campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other marketing partners.
Lead and mentor marketing team members when applicable.
Qualifications Education requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
Required Work Hours Monday to Friday
Competitive salary with a range of $110,000 to $131,000 annually.
The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the marketing strategy and ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with the company’s objectives and standards.
