At Capital One, the GRCx (GRC Product and Data) team is modernizing risk management with technology, moving from reactive to proactive, and from manual to automated. The Product Leader will drive transformation of critical products supporting the core business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges (pre‑tax) for full‑time Directors of Product Management:
McLean, VA: $230,400 – $263,000
Richmond, VA: $209,500 – $239,100
Role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
