Video Producer

Role Description
Seeking an SF Bay Area based Producer to work hands‑on with clients on‑site and off‑site. Experience in Cinematography, as a Director of Photography, or hands‑on with camera dept. skillsets are a plus. Experience with deep tech startups a plus.

Day‑to‑day tasks include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with clients to define objectives and deliverables. The Producer will schedule and manage shoots, crew hires, ensure all logistical and production needs are met, and maintain clear communication across internal and external stakeholders. Comfort working on short timelines, reactive projects, and with ambiguity.

This role also involves reviewing creative materials, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring final outputs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations.

Qualifications

Experience producing video content for agencies, studios, or brands, including managing projects from pre‑production through post‑production.

Strong client‑facing skills, with the ability to interpret briefs, manage expectations, and maintain collaborative relationships across multiple projects.

Solid project management abilities, including scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and risk mitigation in fast‑paced production environments.

Comfort working with remote teams using digital collaboration tools and production management platforms.

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on high‑quality outputs.

Knowledge of video production workflows and terminology; familiarity with creative processes involving directors, editors, and motion designers.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and deadlines, with a flexible, solutions‑oriented mindset.

Prior experience working with startups is highly beneficial; experience in a creative agency or in‑house creative team is a plus.

Compensation
$125,000/Year + 100% paid Healthcare Benefits and misc.
