Locked On Podcasts Network
is looking for a strong, entertaining, credible Los Angeles Rams voice to join our Locked On Rams podcast as a co-host. We are looking for someone who understands the Rams, connects authentically with Rams fans, and can bring smart, energetic, opinionated football conversation to a daily team-focused show. This is not a traditional radio job. We are looking for a modern sports content creator — someone who can inform, entertain, react quickly, and build a real relationship with the fan base. The ideal candidate is plugged into the Rams conversation and understands what fans care about: Matthew Stafford, Sean McVay, roster construction, the NFC West, the draft, free agency, game reaction, national narratives, and the week-to-week emotional rhythm of an NFL season.
What You'll Do
As co-host of Locked On Rams, you will help create consistent, fan-focused Rams content across audio and video platforms. Responsibilities may include:
Co-hosting 30 minute episodes of Locked On Rams on a regular 5x per week schedule
Taking ownership of the show's production workflow, including recording, editing/production coordination, posting episodes, publishing video content, and promoting the show across social and digital platforms
Bringing strong, informed opinions on the Rams, NFL, NFC West, roster moves, coaching decisions, and team direction
Helping plan topics, angles, and segment ideas
Reacting quickly to breaking news, trades, injuries, draft picks, free agency moves, and game results
Creating content that works for both podcast listeners and YouTube viewers
Engaging authentically with Rams fans and building trust with the audience
Participating in short-form video, social clips, and promotional content
Working with the Locked On team to maintain consistent quality, pacing, and production standards
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a host who combines entertainment, information, credibility, and fan connection. Strong candidates may come from:
YouTube
Podcasting
Sports radio
TikTok
Instagram
X / Twitter
Rams fan media
Team-focused blogs or newsletters
Former player, coach, scout, or football analysis backgrounds
You do not need to be a traditional broadcaster. We are especially interested in creators who already understand modern digital sports content and know how to connect with fans on video.
Ideal Candidate
The right person will have:
A strong knowledge of the Los Angeles Rams and the NFL
Authentic passion for Rams football and Rams fans
A confident, entertaining on-camera and on-mic presence
The ability to explain football clearly without sounding overly technical
Strong opinions backed by information and reasoning
Comfort reacting to breaking news and game results
A modern video presentation style, especially on YouTube or social media
Consistency, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a co-hosted show
An understanding of what makes fan-driven sports content successful
Bonus Qualifications
These are not required, but they are a plus:
Existing Rams, NFL, or Los Angeles sports audience
Experience hosting, podcasting, streaming, or creating sports video content
Strong short-form video presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or X
Background in football analysis, coaching, scouting, or playing
Ability to produce clean solo segments when needed
Comfort with YouTube thumbnails, titles, hooks, and audience engagement
Existing relationships within the Rams fan/content community
What Makes This Role Different
Locked On Rams is built for fans who want smart, consistent, accessible coverage of their team. We are not looking for someone who simply reads headlines. We want a co-host who can bring personality, credibility, and a clear point of view. The best candidate should be able to make Rams fans feel like: "This person knows the team, understands the fan base, and is worth listening to every week."
Sample Topics You Might Discuss
What Sean McVay must adjust this season
How much longer Matthew Stafford can play at a high level
Whether the Rams are built to contend now or retool
Biggest roster concern heading into the next matchup
Why national media is wrong about the Rams
Draft priorities and player-development questions
NFC West matchups and rivalry storylines
Postgame reaction after wins and losses
Free agency, trade rumors, injuries, and depth-chart movement
Audition Expectations
Qualified candidates may be asked to submit or record a short sample segment. Possible audition topics:
"What is the biggest question facing the Rams right now?"
"What are Rams fans overreacting to?"
"What is one thing national media gets wrong about the Rams?"
"Break down one matchup or roster issue that could decide the Rams' next big game."
We are looking for clarity, energy, credibility, and fan connection — not perfection.
