Production Technician

As a Production Technician, you will work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Your role will involve manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers. You will follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings, to ensure quality and consistency. This position demands attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities

Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers.

Work Environment

This role involves working in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours per day, with the possibility of overtime. The cleanroom conditions include over 30% humidity and temperatures between 60–70°F, with ambient noise. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, with no makeup or jewelry allowed. Physical requirements involve frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion, along with the use of PPE and understanding of chemical hygiene. You must be able to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift and occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
