Key Responsibilities
Event Marketing & Program Management
Manage an annual portfolio of major industry conferences, trade shows, and scientific meetings.
Develop and oversee event budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
Negotiate exhibit contracts, sponsorship opportunities, and promotional placements.
Coordinate all event logistics, including vendor management, shipping, booth services, internet, utilities, and exhibition requirements.
Evaluate event performance and provide recommendations on future participation.
Conference & Trade Show Execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site event operations.
Manage booth staffing schedules and event logistics.
Develop pre-event briefing materials and messaging guides.
Prepare commercial, scientific, and leadership teams for successful attendee engagement.
Represent the organization at conferences and identify high-value business opportunities.
Booth Operations & Marketing Assets
Manage exhibit inventory, shipping, receiving, maintenance, and storage.
Oversee collateral production and promotional product inventory.
Ensure effective lead capture processes and data quality standards.
Coordinate webinar planning, promotion, registration, and execution.
Manage speaker preparation and technical rehearsals.
Drive attendee engagement and post-event follow-up campaigns.
Lead Management & Analytics
Manage lead processing, segmentation, and CRM data integrity.
Qualify marketing-generated leads and coordinate routing to commercial teams.
Track and report on key performance metrics including lead volume, cost-per-lead, pipeline influence, and event ROI.
Present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications
Required
2–5 years of event marketing experience within B2B, life sciences, biotech, healthcare, or related industries.
Proven experience managing trade shows or conference programs.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Background in at least one additional marketing discipline such as digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, or marketing operations.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
