Lyra Collective is hiring a Retention Marketing Lead to own customer retention and subscription strategy for EVER Skincare, Nuvadermis and Trilastin. Based in NYC with a hybrid policy, you will drive lifecycle marketing across email and SMS to improve engagement, reduce churn, and increase repeat purchases.
You will partner with Brand Managers to bring retention insights into planning, and lead loyalty initiatives to maximize LTV across DTC and Amazon.
