Director of Cultural Programs & Community Partnerships

City of Santa Monica's Cultural Affairs Division seeks a senior leader to plan, develop, and oversee a broad range of cultural programs, grants, and facilities. You will supervise staff and consultants, manage budgets and reporting, and build partnerships with non-profits, artists, and community groups.
You will present insights to the Arts Commission and City Council, shape cultural funding policies, and drive community-responsive programs that advance the City’s creative economy.
