The Hurley Family Branch of the Hockomock Area YMCA is hiring a Gymnastics & Dance Director to provide quality gymnastics programming experiences to youth gymnasts and dancers.
The Director will oversee program growth, staffing, and instructor management, and be accountable for overall progression and development of participants in recreational classes and events such as open gym and birthday parties. Strong coaching and staff onboarding skills are required.
