Overview
This is a Hybrid position: 3-4 days per week in the office in Troy, MI are required. Epsilon is seeking an experienced Manager, Project Management to lead the execution of General Motors B2C marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. This role owns end‑to‑end program delivery and leads a team of project managers to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across multiple workstreams. In this role, you will drive campaign delivery, accelerate data‑driven initiatives, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership

Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑channel marketing programs across GM initiatives

Act as the primary liaison between GM clients, internal stakeholders, vendor partners, and data engineering teams

Translate business needs into detailed business requirements, including data inputs, outputs, logic, and personalization rules

Oversee campaign execution lifecycle, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness at every stage

Manage program priorities, timelines, risks, and escalations across multiple concurrent initiatives

Lead troubleshooting efforts and drive resolution of complex data or process issues

Team Leadership & Development

Manage, mentor, and coach a team of up to 6 Project Managers, driving accountability, growth, and performance

Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and workload distribution across the team

Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development support

Standardize best practices, tools, and delivery methodologies across the PM team

Foster a high‑performance, collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement

Data Integration & Execution Oversight

Oversee data integration points between client, Epsilon, and vendor partners

Partner with data engineering teams to ensure high‑quality execution, including QA processes and validation checks

Ensure accuracy and completeness of file transfers, campaign inputs, and outputs

Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with account, analytics, and strategy teams on audience targeting, test design, and reporting requirements

Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders

Influence decision‑making and align cross‑functional teams without direct authority

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflows, mitigate risk, and increase scalability

Establish repeatable frameworks for campaign execution, documentation, and reporting

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and team operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

7+ years of project management experience

Prior experience managing or mentoring project managers strongly preferred

Experience within data‑driven marketing, CRM, or digital campaign execution environments

Automotive and/or agency experience strongly preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Skills and Abilities

Advanced organizational and prioritization skills in fast‑paced environments

Strategic thinker with the ability to manage both big‑picture initiatives and detailed execution

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $102,700.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
