Arkansas Area Sales Director Lead Revenue Growth

PAH Management is seeking an Area Director of Sales for Arkansas to lead hotel sales across a portfolio of PAH-managed properties. You will drive revenue growth, oversee sales teams, and partner with general managers and regional leadership to achieve market-share goals.
The role requires at least six years in hotel sales leadership, familiarity with Marriott/Hilton brands, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within Arkansas.
